Like the other games, there are a few Legendary Pokémon and Mythical Pokémon to be found within the Hisui region. These Pokémon are tied to the region and often require you to participate in requests in order to get them

Location: Temple of Sinnoh

Palkia is obtained as part of the climax for the story. When the sky goes weird and you have taken the quest to find the Red Chain, you will find yourself choosing between Adaman and Irida, with the choice determining which Legendary Pokémon you get first; Irida gets you Palkia

Palkia will appear in the Temple of Sinnoh and be wanting to be caught. Catch it and the next phase begins as the other Legendary Pokémon breaks through. You'll go to create an Origin Ball to hold it and when you return, it will have changed form to its Origin Forme. Defeat it as a battle with balms, where it will send down Draco Meteor for you to dodge and the occasional shockwave and you'll automatically catch it with the Origin Ball
